Laris, who received a BA in History from Temple University, is extremely well connected with the creative sector in the Greater Philadelphia region and beyond. He is highly
proficient in graphic design, social media and web content management systems. Most recently he worked with All Ages Productions where he produced various corporate
advertising campaigns including Hold Fast, a documentary video series for Sailor Jerry Inc.
Featuring sixty artists, designers and craftspeople. Prior to that, he was a Producer with ChatterBlast Media; while there he developed detailed social media strategies for clients ranging from non-profit arts organizations to national celebrities. With his own company Lime Projects & Publishing, Laris developed project concepts and designs for numerous clients, including the Discovery Channel, The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage, Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, Toyota, Faith Popcorn, Lego, Urban Outtters, Flying Dog Ale, Greater Philadelphia Tourism and Marketing Corporation and Joint Baltic Association.
His amazing resume also includes a time as Publisher and Advertising & Marketing Manager with Arthur Magazine, where handled all advertising, marketing and business
management for the nationally distributed bi-monthly culture magazine with a circulation of 60,000 copies. Laris has also served as Publisher for numerous other publications, including Comics Comics Magazine, Sound Collector Magazine and Sound Collector Audio Review, and was a contributing writer for Index Magazine, Vice Magazine, Reykjavik Grapevine, and Shout NY. His awards include a Mobility Grant Fund (2013) from Kulturkontaktnord (EU), and the John Grava Fund Award (2009) from The Philadelphia Society of Free Letts.
